Each piece of jewellery is handmade using resin and real flowers, so small variations are natural and part of the charm. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, and sizes displayed may vary slightly.
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary (for example, due to stock issues or website errors). If this happens, I’ll contact you straight away and offer a full refund.
Payments are processed securely at checkout. I currently accept major debit/credit cards via SumUp.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, except for earrings, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Full details are in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
