If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
If you’d like to return your item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order at callie@pressedandprecious.com. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
You’ll be responsible for return postage. I recommend using a tracked service.
Once received and checked, I’ll refund the original purchase amount within 14 days to the original method of payment.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
Custom or personalised pieces are also non-refundable unless faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email me with a photo within 7 days and I’ll do my best to resolve it quickly.
If a return is approved, I’ll provide the return address via email. For safety and privacy, I don’t list my address publicly online.
